One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Useless Emancipation was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Dancing Pegasos sprinted to the front.

Dancing Pegasos clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Dancing Pegasos followed by First Serve and Bright Heat. Lane two Useless Emancipation followed by Minstrel Boy and Winner Dinner.

Useless Emancipation was first on the homestretch followed by First Serve and Dancing Pegasos.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Winner Dinner galop. Winner Dinner lost 40 m.

First Serve never caught up with Useless Emancipation who won. Dancing Pegasos came third.
