The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Kokkola today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Gold Ginger Whirlwind sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




This is the positions after 500m. Tender Angel, Pampered Brightness, Gold Ginger Whirlwind, Gold Competitive Sergeant, Le Petit Nareye, Criminal Devil, Todd, .




Tender Angel clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Tender Angel followed by Le Petit Nareye and Criminal Devil. Lane two Pampered Brightness followed by Gold Ginger Whirlwind and Gold Competitive Sergeant.



Le Petit Nareye was first on the homestretch followed by Tender Angel and Pampered Brightness.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Le Petit Nareye galop. Le Petit Nareye lost 50 m. Gold Competitive Sergeant galopped for 50 m on the homestretch.




Gold Ginger Whirlwind won the race after a spectacular finish.
