The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Skellefteå this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Crossing Rose found a gap and took the lead. Adore My Work followed before Ferocious Universe.




Adore My Work was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead. A bird flew just in front of Ferocious Universe who started to galop and lost 20 m.




Vermaak Vlucht took the lead after 1000m. Adore My Work didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Dean was disturbed and galoped 30 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Vermaak Vlucht followed by Crossing Rose and Van Vleck. Lane two Adore My Work followed by Ferocious Universe and Sutherland Hof. driver couldn't keep Frozen Grove to trotting so they were disqualified.



Vermaak Vlucht looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Adore My Work won the race after a spectacular finish.
