Terms & Conditions for Travzonen.se

1. MEMBERSHIP
General membership is free even though certain services require payment. Which services that reqiure payment will be clearly stated on the website. So far these services are only available to custumers in Sweden.
As a member you agree to treat other members with respect, if this is not the case a member can loose ones membership without further investigation. Illegal or pornographic material isn't allowed. It is not allowed to harass or insult other members.
Only one account per physical person is allowed.

2. PRIVACY POLICY
Certain Contact-details are required for membership. These will however not be turned over or sold to a third party.
Contact-details are not made public for other members unless you choose to do so.
Your IP-adress will be logged for security reasons.

3. PERSONAL DETAILS
You are required to enter your personal details when you register. Your personal details could be used for customer relations or marketing.
Adress details are only required if you wich to participate in TravTipset.

Your personal details will mostly be used for...
* Changing in an order on your request.
* Identification of the customer.
* Assist in refunds.

Travzonen.se will protect your personal details using different techical solutions. Travzonen.se will store your personal details on servers in a protected room with limited access. If a member wishes to have their personal details deleted the member should contact Travzonen.se using email admin@travzonen.se. in order to complete the deletion the member must be enable to identify themself with the correct account detals. Deletion of the personal details means that the member is no longer a member on Travzonen.se.

4. MESSAGES
Messages for members can be made visable on the website or sent via email. Emails will be sent to the emailadress that the member entered at registration. Messages for Travzonen.se shall be sent in a way stated on the website. A message from Travzonen.se sent via the site is seen as delivered as soon as it is available on the website. Messages sent via email is seen as deliverd as soon as a recipe has been accuired. Messages sent via post is seen as deliverd after three days.

5. AVTALSTID OCH UPPSÄGNING AV MEDLEMSKAP
Theese terms and conditions will apply as soon as the registration process is completed. The member has the wright to cancel the membership. An email shall then be sent to Travzonen.se. After the cancelation has been completed the member no longer has any wrigt to use the services provided by Travzonen.se. Travzonen.se has the right to suspend members that breakes thees terms and conditions. Members that has been previously suspended has no right to register a new account or use another members account without special premission from Travzonen.se. Travzonen.se has the right too freely suspend members. Travzonen.se has the right to terminate the website and to terminate all memberships.

6. CHANGES OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Travzonen.se has the right to change the terms and conditions during a members membership period by stating this on the website. The new terms and conditions will not be applied sooner then 10 (ten days after they have been posted on the website. Members that does not aggree with the new terms and conditions does no longer have the right to use the services provided by Travzonen.se and shall take the same actions as required as when the member wishes to terminate their membership.

7. TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP
Travzonen.se has the right to transfer all or parts of the obligations or rights to another party. Travzonen.se will inform the members on the website who/what has taken over all or parts of the right or obligations on the website. A member does not have the right to transfer obligations or rights stated in theese terms and conditions.

8. DISPUTES AND LAW
Swedish law applies. Agreements made is seen as agreements between two paties in sweden. Disputes regaring theese terms and conditions should be settled in Stockholms public court as the first instance.

9. REFUNDS
The member has the right to a refund within 14 days of the purchase.
If the member wishes to make a refund he/she should send an email to travtipset@travzonen.se

10. COOKIES
Travzonen.se uses cookies. Cookies are small textfiles that is kept in the computers memory when the member uses Travzonen.se. The cookies created will not harm the members computer. Cookies are mostly used for easing the member use of Travzonen.se. Members can choose to not accept cookies. This is done by adjusting the settings in the browser. In cases where members do not accept cookies problems using Travzonen.se might occur.
