Start List
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Quality Bet took the lead after a very quick start.
The leader couldn't hold the lead and Appelle sprinted to the front. True Blue For You started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.
Appelle clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.
Appelle was still in the lead after 1500m.
Appelle kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.
Sgt Moonlight made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Quality Bet.
