Start List
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Indefatigable found a gap and took the lead. Red Barchetta followed before Lyon Trucker.
Lyon Trucker was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead. Happy Rose started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.
No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.
