The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Rättvik this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Behind The Wall. Elegant News ended up behind the leader. Lill Stina got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




This is the positions after 500m. Sehr Gross, Jumping Daffodil, Stopping Nova, Lill Stina, Hug The Rail, Stunning Princess, Easter Bunny, Make A Miracle. Elegant News started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Sehr Gross clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Hug The Rail galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m.



Easter Bunny clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.

Micael Stjernström tried a little too much on the homestretch and Lill Stina started to galopp and lost 40 m.




Behind The Wall won the race after a spectacular finish.
