One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Undertones took the lead after a very quick start.




This is the positions after 500m. New York Yankee, Black Crossing Red, Leonardo, Undertones, Baron De Roussillon, Super Svensson, Beeswax Cherry, Xtra Power User.




Baron De Roussillon looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Undertones couldn't come out from behind the leader, New York Yankee.




New York Yankee was still in the lead after 1500m.




Undertones put some pressure on the leader and could take over.



Xtra Power User litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.
