Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Rovaniemi track was in top-condition.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Indre Læser tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Black Illusion that came steaming ahead. Grasping Sunflower suddenly started to galop. Antti Teivainen had to struggle to get Grasping Sunflower to tror again and succeded after 50 m.

Magnon saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. driver couldn't keep Judy Of Happines to trotting so they were disqualified.

Yes Guy sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Black Illusion was disturbed and galoped 10 m. Grasping Sunflower suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 10 m.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Yes Guy today. It continued in the lead. Monsieur Hector galloped for 20 m.

Yes Guy looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Minou sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
