Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Biri track was in top-condition.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Illa Ledd Volt sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.

Cantona saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Black Rose galloped way to long and was disqualified.

Clear Coast Cherry accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. driver couldn't keep Vagabond to trotting so they were disqualified. Black Rose galloped for 30 m.

Illa Ledd Volt litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Cantona won the race after a spectacular finish.
