The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Åby today.
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Pharao found a gap and took the lead. Split Vision followed before Bring It Home.
Ego Girl saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Halo started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.
The leader got disturbed by something and Bermuda took the lead rather easily. Halo was disturbed and galoped 40 m.
Nothing seemed to be able to stop Bermuda today. It continued in the lead.
Ego Girl showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Fighting
Bear speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.
driver couldn't keep Windy Winter to trotting so they were disqualified.
Final standings. 1 Bermuda, 2 Split Vision, 3 Bring It Home.
