One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Beautiful Piece found a gap and took the lead. Veni Vidi Vici followed before Busy Suzie. When the startcar left the field Speedy Svensson started to galop and lost 10 m.




Falling Angel saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Beautiful Piece took the lead after 1000m. Starstruck Galaxy didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Beautiful Piece followed by Starstruck Galaxy and Veni Vidi Vici. Lane two Busy Suzie followed by Speedy Svensson and Falling Angel.



Beautiful Piece kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.
