The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Solvalla this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Lying Sunshine could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Umìlecké Dílo sprinted to the front.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Umìlecké Dílo followed by Lying Sunshine and Jack Of Diamonds. Lane two Windy Sunray followed by Sudden Ruby and Brave Jewel.



Windy Sunray was first on the homestretch followed by Umìlecké Dílo and Lying Sunshine.






Sudden Ruby sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
