One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Nimrod tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Amor Vista that came steaming ahead.




This is the positions after 500m. Augustus Thornix, Nimrod, Alwena, Dick Steele Superior, Amor Vista, Visca El Barca, Raidho, Carlos Madicken.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Alwena was disturbed and galoped 10 m.




Augustus Thornix was still in the lead after 1500m.



Amor Vista was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Raidho speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Billy Svedlund tried a little too much on the homestretch and Dick Steele Superior started to galopp and lost 40 m.




Nimrod never caught up with Raidho who won. Augustus Thornix came third.
