The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Axevalla this day.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Swinging Madame found a gap and took the lead. Whistling Johanna followed before Wandering Viper.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Wandering Viper sprinted to the front.

Villalta sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

Villalta was still in the lead after 1500m.

Villalta didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.

Villalta looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Wandering Viper won the race after a spectacular finish.
