The sun was shining on Färjestad today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Ghostly Stardust found a gap and took the lead. Adelaïde followed before Seductive Blossom. Rikard N Skoglund wanted a little to much in the start and Pierantozzi galoped for 50 m.




Purple Heart quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Sing Along who started to galop and lost 20 m.




Pierantozzi sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Ghostly Stardust looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Ghostly Stardust kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Ghostly Stardust looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Adelaïde won. Ghostly Stardust came in second. Estrella caught third place.
