One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Intelligent Pirate took the lead after a very quick start. Henrik Johansson wanted a little to much in the start and Lying Box galoped for 20 m. The leader couldn't hold the lead and Stifling Grove sprinted to the front. The leader got disturbed by something and Arwel took the lead rather easily. Nothing seemed to be able to stop Arwel today. It continued in the lead. Arwel kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch. Winner of todays race was Arwel. Stifling Grove came in second. Lying Whirlwind became third. Results
