One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Strong Ship tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Sagittarius that came steaming ahead. World Leader suddenly started to galop. Johan Untersteiner had to struggle to get World Leader to tror again and succeded after 10 m.




Sagittarius was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




Sagittarius was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. World Leader was disturbed and galoped 10 m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Sagittarius today. It continued in the lead.




Sagittarius was still in the lead after 2000m. Powerful Sergeant was disturbed and gallopped for 30 m.



Strong Ship showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Sagittarius kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Sagittarius kept the speed the whole finish and won before Tutto As and World Leader.
