One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Nickel Romeo. Rox The Place ended up behind the leader. Black Night got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Jet Kay Jay suddenly started to galop. Carl Johan Jepson had to struggle to get Jet Kay Jay to tror again and succeded after 20 m. There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark. Black Night looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Rox The Place couldn't come out from behind the leader, Nickel Romeo. Nickel Romeo was still in the lead after 1500m. Black Night suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead. Black Night kept the speed the whole finish and won before Nickel Romeo and Adelaïde. Results
