One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Heavy Satellite could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




Born Today clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Max Frenzy today. It continued in the lead.



Born Today were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Sly Factory didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
