It had been raining for several days at Eskilstuna but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Light Action found a gap and took the lead. Intense Energy followed before Windy Sapphire. When the startcar left the field Antibo started to galop and lost 10 m. Fire And Rain was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Intense Energy, Pie In The Sky Cherry, Arwen, Albarello, Floating Summer, Windy Sapphire, Plain Simple, Light Action.

Intense Energy clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Light Action suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 10 m.

Floating Summer saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.

Floating Summer didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.

Arwen was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Floating Summer sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Windy Sapphire won. Floating Summer came in second. Fire And Rain caught third place.
