Start List
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Purple Ballerina sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Glamorous Winter was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m.
This is the positions after 500m. Frozen Boulder, Purple Ballerina, Waving Spring, Sunday Cherry, Glamorous Winter, God Delivers, Singing Sunflower, Pretty Glitter. A bird flew just in front of Pretty Glitter who started to galop and lost 10 m.
Frozen Boulder clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Waving Spring showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.
Nothing seemed to be able to stop Frozen Boulder today. It continued in the lead.
Frozen Boulder was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. God Delivers speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.
Winner of todays race was God Delivers. Purple Ballerina came in second. Frozen Boulder became third.
