It had been raining for several days at Joensuu but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
De Bruyne The Man found a gap and took the lead. Quinn The Eskimo followed before Cool Ice. When the startcar left the field Stinger started to galop and lost 50 m.
Cool Ice saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.
Tamagotchi Superior sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.
De Bruyne The Man looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.
De Bruyne The Man were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.
De Bruyne The Man galopped for 50 m on the homestretch.
Quinn The Eskimo won. Cool Ice came in second. Carlos General caught third place.
