One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Tough Bomb could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.
The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.
The leader got disturbed by something and
Pommerail took the lead rather easily.

Pommerail followed by
Tough Bomb and
Railgun Nova. Lane two
Sowing Forest followed by
Lyxwaux and .
With only a little left of the race
Lyxwaux galoped for 40 m.
Pommerail kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.
Sowing Forest never caught up with
Pommerail who won.
Tough Bomb came third.
