One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were
Pampered Daffodil.
Crossing Beauty ended up behind the leader.
Nessla Océane got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.
The leader couldn't hold the lead and
Nessla Océane sprinted to the front. A bird flew just in front of
Pampered Daffodil who started to galop and lost 20 m.
Crossing Beauty started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.
Pampered Daffodil looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that
Crossing Beauty couldn't come out from behind the leader,
Nessla Océane.
Nothing seemed to be able to stop
Nessla Océane today. It continued in the lead.
Nessla Océane sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.
No-one could catch
Nessla Océane today who won before
Pampered Daffodil and
Crossing Beauty.
