One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Nette Dame sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.
Silverback quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.
No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.
Nette Dame galoped after 1000m and lost 20 m.
Double Heather looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.
Double Heather looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.
Double Heather kept the speed the whole finish and won before
