The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Momarken today.
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Black Muscle found a gap and took the lead. Powerful Stone followed before Monneratte Cherry.
The leader couldn't hold the lead and Calm And Quiet sprinted to the front. Jinx On Fire showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.
Calm And Quiet clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.
Monneratte Cherry looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.
Black Muscle took the lead.
Black Muscle sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.
Længes Hjem won the race after a spectacular finish.
