The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Eskilstuna today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Trembling Vanilla tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Elle Me Dit that came steaming ahead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Funky Daffodil sprinted to the front.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. How Ironic galoped after 1000m and lost 40 m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Funky Daffodil today. It continued in the lead.




Funky Daffodil sat safely in the lead after 2000m.



Funky Daffodil looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.
