One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Nightingale Hof took the lead after a very quick start. Sneaking Queen was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m.

The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.

Will looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Vlucht Afwezig couldn't come out from behind the leader, Nightingale Hof.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Nightingale Hof followed by Vlucht Afwezig and Universal Law. Lane two Will followed by Let’s Go Roro and Carlos Iskage.

Nightingale Hof were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Will never caught up with Nightingale Hof who won. Vlucht Afwezig came third.
