One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Swinging Doll found a gap and took the lead. Redhawk Pegasos followed before King Kong On Fire.

This is the positions after 500m. Chisholms Second Law, Farbror Entand, Escatawpa, Funky Sunray, Max Work, Airstrike, Buzz Opal, Ultimate Knight.

The leader got disturbed by something and Max Work took the lead rather easily.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Max Work followed by Funky Sunray and Airstrike. Lane two Chisholms Second Law followed by Redhawk Pegasos and Swinging Doll.

Funky Sunray galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Max Work were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Airstrike sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
