One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Active Devil found a gap and took the lead. Il Ya Longtemps followed before Forceful Lion. Stefan Söderkvist wanted a little to much in the start and Il Ya Longtemps galoped for 20 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Il Ya Longtemps sprinted to the front.




Il Ya Longtemps was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.
