One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Ont De Paradis tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to
Backstabbing Pixie that came steaming ahead.

Steel saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.
Devine News galloped way to long and was disqualified.
The leader got disturbed by something and
Rugged
Energy took the lead rather easily.
Backstabbing Pixie was disturbed and galoped 50 m.
Herman Opal was disturbed and galoped 10 m.
