The sun was shining on Kalmar and it was a perfect day for trotting.
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Sad Lemonade found a gap and took the lead. Giant Superman followed before Criminal Warden.
The leader couldn't hold the lead and Ouvre Liège sprinted to the front. Fierceful Dragon started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.
The leader got disturbed by something and Tumult Deluxe took the lead rather easily.
The leader got disturbed by something and Five Of Spades took the lead rather easily.
Tumult Deluxe showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.
Ouvre Liège won the race after a spectacular finish.
