Start List
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Running Thinking tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Muscular Moment that came steaming ahead.
Frozen
Sunray quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Swinging Lady who started to galop and lost 50 m.
The leader got disturbed by something and Atlantic Design took the lead rather easily.
Standings after 1500m . Lane one Atlantic Design followed by Jolly Wish and Sudden Orchid. Lane two Running Thinking followed by Muscular Moment and Slippery Factory.
Atlantic Design sat safely in the lead after 2000m.
Running Thinking speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.
Carlos Brew showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.
Running Thinking didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
