One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Dreaming Knight sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Mad Sky was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Sowing Necklace, One Slip, My Sweet Dream, Backstabbing Carneval, Apache Strike, Dreaming Knight, Rolling Sunshine, Mad Sky. Sowing Necklace was disturbed and galoped 10 m. Calming Scope started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Stepping Cherry showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.
