One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
L'Étoile Mystérieuse tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to
Magic Ballerina that came steaming ahead.
Magic Ballerina was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.
Natteen Nova started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.
The leader got disturbed by something and
Desiderare Nova took the lead rather easily.
L'Étoile Mystérieuse accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.
L'Étoile Mystérieuse sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.
Bona Nova won.
Magic Ballerina came in second.
L'Étoile Mystérieuse caught third place.
