One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Slow Play could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.
The leader couldn't hold the lead and Powerful
Work sprinted to the front.
Inkas Calusa sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Screaming Puma galoped after 1000m and lost 10 m.
Slow Play looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Slow Play started to gallop after 1500m and Jan Ove Olsen had to struggle to get it back in trotting.
Slow Play kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.
Slow Play sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.
Winner of todays race was Slow Play. Lützen Larockma came in second. Inkas Calusa became third.
