Only a humble breeze blew over Bodø this day. The track where in perfect shape.
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Golden Sapphire found a gap and took the lead.
Frosty Glitter followed before
Falling Godiva. Olav Mikkelborg wanted a little to much in the start and Wille Pegasos galoped for 40 m.
The leader couldn't hold the lead and
Chakotay sprinted to the front.
Esmeralda Opal looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that
Falling Godiva couldn't come out from behind the leader,
Chakotay.
Golden Sapphire was disturbed and galopped for 20 m.

Esmeralda Opal.
Esmeralda Opal didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
