The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.
Schrander Vooruitzicht took the lead after a very quick start. Mille Bleu was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m. Besatt Af Vookaaleer was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m.
Besatt Af Vookaaleer saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.
Schrander Vooruitzicht sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.
Standings after 1500m . Lane one Schrander Vooruitzicht followed by Mille Bleu and Slow
Thrasher. Lane two Besatt Af Vookaaleer followed by Lonely Wish and Pinstripe´s Alacazam.
Schrander Vooruitzicht was still in the lead after 2000m.
Besatt Af Vookaaleer litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.
The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Schrander Vooruitzicht galop. Schrander Vooruitzicht lost 20 m.
