One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Ransacker could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




This is the positions after 500m. King Lightning, Ransacker, Spontané, Dribbling Muscle, Jazz Player, Prospectus, Toofast Toofurious, Frozen General.




Spontané sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Dribbling Muscle saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.




Dribbling Muscle kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead. Jongeheer Vleug was disturbed and gallopped for 20 m.



Dribbling Muscle kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Jazz Player sprinted over the finishline before Dribbling Muscle and Ransacker.
