Start List
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Brown Valley sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.
Pointing Passion quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.
Quasimodo On Fire took the lead after 1000m. Pointing Passion didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Brown Valley suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 30 m.
Standings after 1500m . Lane one Quasimodo On Fire followed by Pointing Passion and Gold Chocolatier. Lane two Carlos Cointreau followed by Feuergeist and Going Crown.
Carlos Cointreau speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.
Quasimodo On Fire sprinted over the finishline before Feuergeist and Carlos Cointreau.
