One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Astaire Hof could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.

Brown Work saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

Perfect Maid took the lead after 1000m. Mr Las Vegas didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. driver couldn't keep Odeur Bizarre to trotting so they were disqualified.

Perfect Maid was still in the lead after 1500m.

Perfect Maid were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Astaire Hof won the race after a spectacular finish.
