Start List
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Active Hero could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.
Active Hero was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.
No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.
Standings after 1500m . Lane one Active Hero followed by Jolly Fox and New Slang. Lane two Honourable Scout followed by Blushing Breeze and Running Lieutenant.
Active Hero looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.
Honourable Scout won. Active Hero came in second. New Slang caught third place.
