One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Criminal Pearl could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Hermes George was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m. Ulf Eriksson wanted a little to much in the start and Nocciola galoped for 10 m. Wimpy Carneval was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Adventurous Puma, Nocciola, Sleepy Stardust, Shining Sun, Hermes George, Wimpy Carneval, Drago Volante, Dead Satellite.

The leader got disturbed by something and Shining Sun took the lead rather easily.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Shining Sun today. It continued in the lead.

Shining Sun didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.

With only a little left of the race Hermes George galoped for 10 m. Shining Sun looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Sleepy Stardust galop. Sleepy Stardust lost 20 m.

Shining Sun didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
