The weather had been good all week and Eskilstuna was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

I. C. Noobstacle sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Claes Sjöström wanted a little to much in the start and I. C. Noobstacle galoped for 10 m.

Advanced Paladin quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Advanced Paladin today. It continued in the lead. Zeeman Larockma galloped for 40 m.

Advanced Paladin didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead. Criminal Hyena galloped way to long and was disqualified.

Gelukkig Theorie was first on the homestretch followed by Advanced Paladin and Geir Almighty.

Gelukkig Theorie kept the speed the whole finish and won before Zinten Larockma and I. C. Noobstacle.
