The weather had been good all week and Bodø was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Polished Behemoth found a gap and took the lead. Fighting Runner followed before Sleeping Sunray. When the startcar left the field Honourable Power started to galop and lost 50 m. When the startcar left the field Speeding Crusher started to galop and lost 40 m.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Moonlight Breath sprinted to the front.

Moonlight Breath was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.

Light Platinum saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Speeding Crusher started to gallop after 1500m and Atle Solhus had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

Light Platinum sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Lying Moonlight won. Light Platinum came in second. Honourable Power caught third place.
