Start List
The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Tingsryd today.
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Brown Bess Rebel found a gap and took the lead. Independant Universe followed before Purple Nugget. Klaus Kern wanted a little to much in the start and Kvarngärdets Hazel galoped for 40 m.
This is the positions after 500m. Purple Nugget, Kvarngärdets Hazel, Prima Baby, Independant Universe, Brown Bess Rebel, Growing Runner, Tough Missile, .
The leader got disturbed by something and Kvarngärdets Hazel took the lead rather easily.
Standings after 1500m . Lane one Kvarngärdets Hazel followed by Independant Universe and Tough Missile. Lane two Growing Runner followed by Brown Bess Rebel and Purple Nugget.
Growing Runner suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.
The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Prima Baby galop. Prima Baby lost 20 m.
No-one could catch Growing Runner today who won before Tough Missile and Kvarngärdets Hazel.
