Spatter The Stars Cherry tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Growing
Mind that came steaming ahead.
The leader couldn't hold the lead and Grieg Hof sprinted to the front.
Grieg Hof was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.
Standings after 1500m . Lane one Grieg Hof followed by Gold Necklace and Growing
Mind. Lane two Étonnement Jeune followed by Spatter The Stars Cherry and Bend It In. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Gold Universe gallopped for 30 m.
Grieg Hof sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.
