One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Pretty Nugget sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. When the startcar left the field Carlos Aquavit started to galop and lost 30 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Carlos Aquavit, Ziti, Pretty Nugget, Floating Spring, Rebel Yankee, Spun Roaster Cherry, Zelda Larockma, Bol Gentleman. Zelda Larockma was disturbed and galoped 30 m. A bird flew just in front of Silly Carneval who started to galop and lost 20 m.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Bol Gentleman galoped after 1000m and lost 40 m.




Zelda Larockma accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Pretty Nugget galloped for 60m and was disqualified.



Silly Carneval was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Spun Roaster Cherry litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Rebel Yankee galopped for 10 m on the homestretch.




Spun Roaster Cherry kept the speed the whole finish and won before Carlos Aquavit and Zelda Larockma.
