The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Jarlsberg today.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Rugged Legend took the lead after a very quick start. Kvarngärdets Flora suddenly started to galop. Pål Sem had to struggle to get Kvarngärdets Flora to tror again and succeded after 30 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Jumping Boy, Kip Kip Hooray, Wild Duchess, Slow Panther, Devine Red, Rugged Legend, Sleepy Stardust, Keeps On Going. Keeps On Going was disturbed and galoped 20 m. Independant Frenzy started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Slow Panther took the lead after 1000m. Rugged Legend didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

With only a little left of the race Slow Panther galoped for 20 m. Slow Panther took the lead after 1000m. Sleepy Stardust didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Devine Red galoped way to long and was disqualified.

Sleepy Stardust never caught up with Slow Panther who won. Independant Frenzy came third.
